About the Role
Roles and responsibilities shall include helping organise team schedules, handling staff issues, and authorising holidays and sick leave. To maintain the client's appointment register, maintain the client's record folder, type reports, notes and record minutes of meetings.
The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for creating client agreements and invoicing the clients as per the agreement. Hiring and training new employees and ensuring all employees are following Health and Safety regulations. Keeping a consistent high standard of customer service.
Salary shall be circa £37,000 - £40,000 per annum, working 37.5 hours a week (9 am - 5 pm)
